Hotel Type

Luxury Boutique Hotel

A welcomed distance from La Croisette, about 20-minutes away from Cannes, a 5-room boutique hotel so chic that it's like staying at the villa of the Aunt Onassis's you never had. It's located in the heights of Cannes near the village of Mougins, once home to Yves Saint Laurent, Edith Piaf and Pablo Picasso who lived there for the last decade of his life. Les Rosees is the antithesis of the typical Cannes hotel with cobblestone walls and sweeping gardens with simple rectangular pool captured in a landscape of pine trees, olive groves and manicured rose bushes. Visitors enjoy personalized service with morning continental breakfast to evening appetizers arranged in the main lounge as well as personalized services like massages and pedicures offered by the pool or in the comfort of the suites.

The Room

A 400-year old country estate is separated into five separate suites lined in original stone floors with chapel-roofline, dramatic open-flame fireplaces and hidden gardens set for high-tea on peat-gravel patios a million miles away from the festival madness. Top of the lines suites like the Suite Serguey is penned with glass roof with romantic fireplace with the Isadora suite offering a more feminine touch with its ornate silk curtains and rare sunroom lounge for late evening wines or dinners with a19th century romantic feel.
